At Noble Moving and Storage, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That’s why we’ve developed a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our clients. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible if your move needs to be rescheduled or canceled.

Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel your move, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled moving date. This helps us adjust our schedule and avoid unnecessary fees. Providing sufficient notice also allows us to efficiently reallocate our resources, ensuring minimal disruption for both you and our team.

Cancellations Within 72 Hours

If you cancel your move within 72 hours of the scheduled date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of resources and manpower already allocated to your move. While we strive to be as flexible as possible, this policy helps us maintain high-quality service for all clients.

Rescheduling Policy

Need to reschedule your move? Contact us as soon as possible, preferably 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new moving date without additional fees. However, if rescheduling occurs within the 72-hour window, fees may apply depending on availability and logistical changes.

No-Show Policy

If our movers arrive on the scheduled moving day and no one is available to facilitate the move, a no-show fee of 25% of the total moving cost will be charged. This fee covers the resources and time committed to your move. To avoid this, please ensure that someone is available at the scheduled time and location.
